About our Center

The UNH Speech-Language-Hearing Center has served the special communication needs of individuals in the surrounding and university community for over 40 years. The SLHC offers state of the art diagnostic and therapeutic speech, language and hearing services to individuals of all ages. Services are provided by graduate students in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders under the close supervision of experienced faculty. Supervising faculty are state licensed and nationally certified speech language pathologists or audiologists. All programs meet the ethical and professional standards established by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the New Hampshire Board of Allied Health Professionals.
