Child Life Curriculum Minor Requirements
The departments of Human Development and Family Studies and Recreation Management and Policy offer an interdisciplinary minor in Child Life Curriculum. RMP students interested in the Child Life minor should contact Professor Patti Craig. HDFS students who are interested in the minor should contact their department advisor.

RMP 502: Foundations of Therapeutic Recreation
|In addition, Human Development and Family Studies majors who minor in Child Life must also select two courses from the following:||
HDFS 697: Special Topics: Child Life Design and Programming
To complete the Child Life minor, students must participate in an internship (HDFS 707A) under the supervision of a certified Child Life specialist (CCLS).
