Laura Davie, BS, is a Project Director at the New Hampshire Institute for Health Policy and Practice and co-director of the Center on Aging and Community Living. She oversees the long term care and aging initiatives of the Institute, in partnership with UNH Institute on Disability, the New Hampshire Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services and the New Hampshire ServiceLink Resource Center Network. Laura provides project management and evaluation for the Aging and Disability Resource Center Projects and the Department of Labor DirectConnect Project. In addition, Laura has provided project management for the Citizen’s Health Initiative, most specifically with the Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Pillar Project. Laura is the current Vice President of the New Hampshire Public Health Association (2011-2012). She is also pursuing her Masters Degree in Political Science.

Laura joined the Institute in 2005 after completing her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in Health Management and Policy. Prior to attaining her degree, Laura practiced as a physical therapy assistant in a variety of health care settings for 17 years.
