The 4th Annual Adapted Physical Education Conference was a success!
Under the direction of Dr. Michelle Grenier, students from the Health and Physical Education major hosted the 4th annual Adapted Physical Education Conference on April 20th in New Hampshire Hall. The event was a huge success with over 70 people in attendance. In addition to teachers, there were 25 students from Plymouth State University, Endicott College, Keene State and Eastern Connecticut State College. Students from Dr. Grenier’s KIN 781: Inclusion in Physical Education class served as session presiders. Topics included technology and assessment, paraprofessional support, disability sports and adaptations and modification to the curricula.
