The movements and practices are easy and meant to help you adjust your body and mind to the moment with movement and breath and a light focus on the present. Device Demonstrations DHHS Office of Health Equity The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Health Equity will be offering a demonstration of various technology. This will include tactile and visual alert devices, such as doorbells, alarm clocks, and phone signalers, as well as multiple voice-to-text apps. Staff will discuss their holistic approach to end-of-life planning and will share more about the services they offer. Learn how to use tools like the Wellness Wheel to assess your own health and well-being.
