Callie Carr is the Director of Communications for the College of Health and Human Services at UNH, where she oversees marketing and outreach to students, alumni and external stakeholders. Prior to this role, she spent five years as a Project Director at UNH's Institute for Health Policy and Practice.
Callie’s background is in communications, marketing and strategic planning and she spent 10 years in the health care sector before joining UNH. She has worked with many non-profits throughout the state, serving as the lead partner of the Greater Exeter Area Community Health Collaborative and managing system-wide community needs assessment and outreach activities for a health system in southern New Hampshire. Callie has also guided the efforts of the New Hampshire Purchasers Group on Health and the MapNH Health project. Before joining the health care sector, she worked as the marketing coordinator for a western Massachusetts non-profit that created programs to strengthen the connections between local farms, community members and markets.
