Dr. Lauren Haley is the Director of Career and Professional Success for the College of Health and Human Services at UNH where she partners with faculty, staff, and employers to increase access to high-quality jobs and internships and prepares students to proactively engage in their post graduate success. Previously, she served as an Academic and Career Counselor and Teaching Lecturer with Plymouth State University. Lauren received her doctoral degree in Higher Education from Plymouth State University, her master’s degree in Psychology from American University and her dual undergraduate degree in Sociology and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire. Lauren is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and has presented for numerous organizations, including the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) and the New England Educational Research Organization (NEERO). Prior to her career in higher education, Lauren served as a youth and family therapist in the community mental health sector.
