The Department of Occupational Therapy offers the Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. This is a two and a half year professional master’s program which prepares students to enter the profession of occupational therapy. Students must have successfully completed a bachelor's degree and the required pre-requisite courses before beginning this program. Preference is given during the application process to those who have completed all of the pre-requisite courses before applying.
The Department of Occupational Therapy also offers a Graduate Certificate program in Assistive Technology. The Graduate Certificate in Assistive Technology is designed to provide practical hands on training in the application of assistive technology for individuals of all ages who experience, physical, sensory or cognitive impairments in achieving maximum independence at home, school, work or play.
