Eve Fralick, MS, is a Project Director with the New Hampshire Institute on Health Policy and Practice. She is overseeing the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services state-wide efforts to plan, develop and implement the Medicaid Electronic Health Records incentive program in support of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal initiative.
Eve has spent the past 20 years working in healthcare and technology operations. Prior to UNH, she was a Senior Client Manager at Eliza Corporation providing state-of-the-art telephone outreach programs and analytic analysis to top tier health plans across the United States. Previously, she served as the Associate Director of the UNH Institute on Disability as well as a Consultant for InterQual, a software firm specializing in healthcare clinical decision support applications. Prior to that, she was the New England Regional Operations Managers for Baxter Healthcare and Dade Diagnostics overseeing engineering, technical, and training support services to over 350 hospitals and clinical laboratories throughout the six-state region. She's also served as an adjunct faculty member at Southern New Hampshire's Graduate School of Business.
