Eve Fralick, MPH, MS, is a Project Director with the New Hampshire Institute for Health Policy and Practice. She oversees and administers the State of New Hampshire’s Medicaid Electronic Health Records Incentive Program in support of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Promoting Interoperability initiative.

Eve has spent the past 20 years working in health information technology. Prior to UNH, she was a Senior Account Manager at Eliza Corporation providing state-of-the-art telephone outreach campaigns and analytic analysis to top tier health plans across the United States. Previously, she served as the Associate Director of the UNH Institute on Disability as well as a Consultant for InterQual, a healthcare firm specializing in health-related clinical decision support applications. Prior to that, she was the New England Regional Operations Managers for Baxter Healthcare and Dade Diagnostics overseeing engineering, technical, and training support services to over 350 hospitals and clinical laboratories throughout the six-state region. Eve has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University's Graduate School of Business. She formerly served as a Captain in the United States Air Force.
