Kelsi West

Kelsi West, MPH is a Project Director at the UNH Institute for Health Policy and Practice (IHPP). She joined the Delivery System and Payment Reform team in April 2018 where she helps lead the UNH Project ECHO Hub and oversees the ECHO programs launched through the University. She works on a variety of projects as part of the Delivery System and Payment Reform team focusing on workforce development, chronic disease management, health policy, and telehealth. Kelsi assists with project management, data analysis, contracting, and event coordination for IHPP. Prior to joining the team, Kelsi worked as a Reimbursement Analyst at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine where she worked on Medicare Cost Reporting and data collection.
