Suzanne Shumway is the business manager for the Institute for Health Policy and Practice (IHPP), where she is responsible for assisting with the business and service operations, including budgeting, reporting and advising on budget and other business issues related to their respective programs and IHPP. She offers core administrative support to the Director, including assisting in the development of processes and procedures for administrative functions, such as grant submission and financial reporting. Suzanne also handles human resource obligations such as recruitment, hiring, orienting and training.
Prior to coming to IHPP in 2009, Suzanne was the co-manager of Holloway Commons at UNH, worked at Northfield Mount Hermon School and the Boston Harbor Hotel. She has various experiences in management, customer service, advertising, and marketing.
