Victoria Forkus

Victoria Forkus is a Research Associate within the Health Law and Policy focal area at the Institute for Health Policy and Practice. Before joining IHPP she was employed as a Town Manager in rural Maine where she worked collaboratively to address inadequate emergency medical coverage in the community she served. In 2018, Victoria was awarded a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University College of Dublin in Ireland which she earned through an academic scholarship. She specialized in citizenship rights and focused the majority of her research on global inequalities and comparative public policy. Her areas of interest include public policy, community health, and social inequality.
