Mission

To promote digital health innovation, education, research, and development with an interprofessional approach to teaching, services, and community initiatives.

Vision

To foster exploration, innovation, and utilization of Center for Digital Health Innovation (CDHI) technologies to support health and wellbeing through increased access to care, education, and professional training.

The World Health Organization defines digital health as the use of information and communication technologies to support the delivery of care across health & health related fields. Digital health ranges from the use of electronic patient portals to more innovative technologies such as virtual reality, wearables, robotics, AI, and more.

The CDHI is a central location within the University of New Hampshire under the College of Health and Human Services for faculty, students, and staff to engage in teaching, research, service, and practice activities related to digital health.
