The TPC facilitates community engagement through a variety of programs, including those offered through the USDA Distance and Telemedicine Program and the UNH ECHO Hub. Through the implementation of the Project ECHOTM (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) model, new partnerships with community agencies further enhance opportunities for student learning and engaged scholarship.

Through internships, courses, and professional development trainings across New Hampshire, UNH students and healthcare professionals are exposed to hands-on telehealth learning opportunities. In turn, communities at the local and state level benefit from the building of a telepractice network to treat and assist clients.
Student Learning and Professional Training

Scholarship supported within the TPC centers on developing evidence-based practice and healthcare management in the digital health arena. This includes the study of human skill and interaction, along with the information technologies and the devices used to share information.
