Transfer Students

Thank you for your interest in the communication sciences and disorders (CSD) major. CSD welcomes transfer students and is committed to helping you keep to your intended graduation timeline; however, this is dependent upon what courses have been completed prior to transfer. See CSD curriculum. Acceptance into CSD is dependent upon space and the applicant's academic credentials.
All potential transfer students must complete the following:
  • An internal transfer application
  • Set up an appointment with the CSD undergraduate program coordinator using myWildcatSuccess
Transfer applications are accepted throughout the academic year.
Submit completed applications to the CSD administrative office, Hewitt Hall #144 or send via email to
Your application will be reviewed by the CSD transfer admissions committee. Applicants will be notified within two weeks of their submission.
If you have any questions about the transfer process or need assistance with the application process, please contact Jane Dogde,

These applications are reviewed by the university’s Office of Admissions with decisions based on academic credentials of applicants.  A competitive cumulative grade point average (GPA)  is required for considerations of admission. Actual GPAs generally vary in relation to the overall quality of the applicant pool.
