Kinship Care at The Moore Center is a program that provides a monthly stipend to families who are caring for their loved ones who require nursing home level care but chose to remain at home. Participants must be Medicaid eligible and 18+.

Connections Peer Support is a nonprofit mental health organization that supports Seacoast adults through our non-crisis warmline, our mental health transitional living program in Northwood, and our daytime center in Portsmouth that offers a variety of support groups. All of our programs are free for NH adults!

Relay NH
Relay New Hampshire provides services that enable people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind or those with a Speech Disability to place and receive phone calls. It is administered by Northeast Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services.
