What is lifetime activity programming and leadership?

This minor is for students interested in working with children, youth and young adults in physical activity settings. Many of the classes are skill-and movement-based and are designed to help you to be a better teacher, counselor, or program director. The courses are also intended to hone your skills as a leader and facilitator so you can bring your knowledge of sport, physical activity and health to the populations you want to work with.

Why study lifetime activity programming and leadership at UNH?

At UNH, you’ll have the opportunity to take courses in several different programs, including health and physical education, outdoor leadership and management, and the lifetime activity program.
