
<p>Dr. Casey Rabideau is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy and Program Coordinator for the Assistive Technology Graduate Certificate Program at the University of New Hampshire. She is board certified in pediatrics through the American Occupational Therapy Association and completed an advanced clinical fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital. Her work integrates clinical practice, scholarship, and teaching with a strong focus on innovation, access, and equity in pediatric care.</p>

<p>Clinically, Dr. Rabideau specializes in pediatric neurorehabilitation and maintains an active practice at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she incorporates emerging technologies—including robotics and virtual reality—into evidence-based interventions that enhance outcomes for children and families.</p>

<p>Her scholarship centers on expanding access to occupational therapy in rural and underserved communities, with a particular focus on integrating OT into pediatric primary care. She also serves as the occupational therapy faculty lead on a federally funded HRSA BHWET-CAY grant, which supports the development of a pediatric behavioral health workforce to meet the needs of children and families in high-need areas.</p>

<p>In the classroom, Dr. Rabideau strives for collaboration and a learner-centered approach to teaching. She emphasizes clinical relevance, critical thinking, and interprofessional practice—preparing students to thrive in complex, evolving healthcare environments. She also serves as the UNH liaison to the New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Association, fostering student engagement, professional leadership, and advocacy at the state level.</p>
