
<p>David Li, PhD, MA, MBA, is a Clinical Professor at the University of New Hampshire’s Department of Health Management and Policy. He is a practitioner-scholar with extensive experience in healthcare administration, policy implementation, strategic planning, health system leadership, health services management, public health, advocacy, healthcare financial management, physician practice, community health needs assessment, and evaluation in public health. In addition to teaching and mentoring students, he actively engages with the NH Public Health Association board, healthcare consulting in both US and international organizations, and government advisory roles, shaping the next generation of healthcare leaders.</p>
