Dee Watts joined IHPP team in January of 2018 as a Practice Transformation Facilitator. Prior to working with the Institute she was Director of Operation for the Provider Network at LRGHealthcare where she oversaw all business and revenue operations for more than 100 providers. Throughout her career she has gained extensive knowledge of workflows and standard operating procedures in both primary care and multi-specialty practices. Her hands-on experience offers her a unique opportunity to identify and relate to many of the challenges currently being faced in provider practices. In 2015 Dee obtained her Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification in Healthcare from the University of Georgia. Dee is an advocate for the delivery of patient focused healthcare within local communities. She has a passion for quality improvement, bringing joy to the work place and increasing patient access.
