80 Years of Doing, Creating and Inspiring

For eight decades, UNH’s Occupational Therapy Department has been dedicated to one mission: helping people live fuller, more independent lives. From classrooms to clinics, our graduates have worked in hospitals, schools, rehabilitation centers, and communities across the country, applying their expertise to support individuals recovering from injury, illness, or developmental challenges.

But beyond innovation, the heart of occupational therapy has always been people. Every UNH OT student, faculty member, and alum has played a role in helping someone regain strength, reclaim independence, and rediscover joy in daily life.
