Chung Hyeon Jeong, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the University of New Hampshire’s Department of Social Work. His research focuses on equitable healthcare access for immigrants, eHealth readiness among older adults, sociocultural determinants of healthcare utilization, and social capital in health behaviors. His scholarship is widely published in top social work and interdisciplinary journals, including Qualitative Health Research, Health Education & Behavior, and Journal of Social Service Research. Dr. Jeong actively contributes to professional organizations such as the Society for Social Work and Research and the Korean American Social Work Educators Association, and engages in interdisciplinary research collaborations with institutions including the Institute on Disability and universities across the U.S., advancing social justice and evidence-based practice in social work.
