Kartik Trivedi received his Ph.D. from Brandeis University, specializing in the intersection of AI, algorithms, and human decision-making in workplace contexts. His research explores how algorithmic aids influence human resource processes, focusing on the inclusion of people with disabilities. Kartik's dissertation looks at the role of transparency and individual autonomy in human-algorithm interactions. He has taught Human Resource Management and Analytics courses at the University of Vermont and Brandeis. With a background in disability policy and a commitment to inclusion, Kartik aims to shape technology and organizational decisions that promote equity and human-centered approaches in increasingly AI-driven workplaces.
