Athletic training major completes NFL internship
Joe Marinacci '21, a senior majoring in athletic training, completed an internship with the Los Angeles Chargers through the Professional Football Athletic Trainers’ Society (PFATS). Joe applied for the highly sought after internship last year, and spent this past July/August with the Los Angeles Chargers at their new facility in Costa Mesa, CA. Joe spent 6 weeks working with the team during training sessions, putting in 12-14-hour days with the team.
"It was an amazing experience. I am so grateful and thankful to all the UNH Athletic Training faculty and staff who helped me along the way. I look forward to using the lessons learned and priceless experience to boost my future career."
